We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist in India.
About the JobThis role involves providing technical assistance to customers via various communication channels, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems with computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and technical documentation to support customer queries.
- 1-6 years of experience in technical support or a related field, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including diagnostics and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and collaboration software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
