Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical assistance to customers on various Windows and O365 issues.
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers to ensure their issues are resolved efficiently.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in technical support, preferably with experience in chat support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Windows and O365.
- A typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
