Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Join us in this exciting role as a Technical Support Specialist and play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional technical support for our robotics and industrial automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical automation engineering, with experience in troubleshooting and field service. They will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and motion controllers.

In this role, you will provide front-line technical support to our customers, assist with product setup and system commissioning, and document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base. You will also work closely with our engineering, product, and R&D teams to resolve escalated cases and feedback issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, as well as the ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and PLC logic programs. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, with additional language skills a plus.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and products, and to contribute to the development of new solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation engineering and related education
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, trouble-shooting, and field service
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and PLC logic programs
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills a plus
