IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

The IT Infrastructure Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business operations by providing comprehensive support across the entire IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Rendering technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks)
  • Handling user requests and incidents via IT helpdesk/ticketing system
  • Administering user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity and system access issues
  • Assisting in IT projects (cloud migration, system upgrades, security enhancements)
  • Collaborating with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations

Essential Skills Required:

  • 1-3 years of IT support/infrastructure experience
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
