Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role in the management and maintenance of VMware virtual environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain VMware virtual environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and OS patching.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues efficiently.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a similar role.
  • VMware certification (e.g., VCP) and Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking protocols, and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
