We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the management and development of our digital infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of company systems, applications, and Google Workspace, as well as implementing data security protocols and process automation strategies.

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Oversee and optimize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Admin Console).
  • Develop and implement processes using Google Sheets, Apps Script, and integrations.
  • Manage business applications (ERP/CRM/internal apps) and ensure seamless operations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility.
  • Implement IT security measures, backups, and data protection protocols.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees.
  • Collaborate with different departments to digitize and streamline workflows.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
