Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Description:- This is an exciting opportunity to join our technical support team as a specialist, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. As a technical support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support to customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring they understand and resolve the technical problems they encounter.
- Support documentation and tracking: Document and track all support requests and solutions in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaboration and escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and technical teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role, particularly in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting.
