Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to lead the QC-AMV team in regular testing/method validation activities.

  • Lead the LC-MS, Nasal analytical, FT-NIR analytical teams for regular testing/method validation activities.
  • Assist the QC-HOD with daily updates, monthly sample status, lab management, training, and monthly review meetings.
  • Execute and approve different types of QMS (OOS, OOT, Investigation etc), identify scientific root causes, implement CAPA, and maintain lab compliance.
  • Design and execute planning of analysis, data interpretation, and presenting to HOD.
  • Self-driven with capability to make self-decision and good learner, providing guidance to team members for improving work quality and monitoring reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take charge of all types of QC-AMV work in absence of QC-HOD, actively participate in departmental improvement programs to enhance Output and Quality.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams like QA, RA, R&D and PMI to proceed allocated task with ownership and accountability.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure competitiveness for LC-MS and FT-NIR techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science/Pharmacy
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS or NIR or Nasal performance testing)
  • At least 2 years of experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • This role requires flexibility to manage work in all shifts.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with GLP, Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
