Job Title: Chief Operational Officer

    The Chief Operational Officer is responsible for conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

    This position manages the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring qualified professionals.

    The officer will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, manpower planning, and budget preparation to support business growth.

    The role requires creating a culture of employee engagement, wellbeing, collaboration, and teamwork to drive high performance.

    The Chief Operational Officer will oversee and manage a performance management/appraisal system that drives high performance and achievement of business objectives.

    Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to both strategic and operational roles, is required.

    In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in India is essential.

    Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are necessary for success in this role.

    Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools, MS Office, and payroll software is also required.

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is critical.
