Key Roles for a Senior Manager/Chief Manager-Wealth Management

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our wealth management team. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager/Chief Manager to take charge of our wealth management division.

  • Develop bespoke financial solutions tailored to clients' needs and preferences, ensuring maximum satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with leads, tagging them in relevant industry updates and news articles to stay informed and up-to-date.
  • Expand our client base by identifying new business opportunities, leveraging existing investor networks, and growing Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Initiate timely portfolio reviews for existing investors to ensure their financial goals are met.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors while keeping them informed about market trends and conditions.
  • Share regular updates on investment schemes, research papers, and other relevant information with investors to keep them well-informed.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team and product team on marketing activities to promote our wealth management services.

We require exceptional social skills for building relationships and networking, excellent communication and listening skills for simplifying complex information, and confident individuals who can present themselves effectively in front of clients. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze clients' financial goals and requirements with strong logical and numerical abilities, manage stress effectively, adhere to procedures, and maintain good emotional stability when meeting targets. Additionally, they should identify opportunities for increased profit and follow guidelines and compliance requirements closely.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory, relevant certifications, exposure to various wealth instruments, including Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, etc., and a proven track record of AUM generation. They must also have a minimum AUM size of 30 cr.
