IT Service Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and implementing end-to-end service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and collaboration. The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze complex business and technical requirements and develop technical solutions that maximize business results from ServiceNow software.

The key responsibilities of this position include developing and managing application code, user interfaces, and integration components. The candidate should also be able to create and maintain necessary development documentation, manage data with Tables, CMDB, Import Sets, and Update Sets, and configure Performance Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards.

A ServiceNow certification is required for this position, and ITIL v4 certification is a plus. If you have a passion for tackling complex problems and have a strong background in IT software development, we encourage you to apply.

Besides having a solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules, Portal, front-end, REST, WSDL, JSON, and third-party application integrations, the selected candidate will need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. They should be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance on project deliverables.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and several years of experience in software development. They should also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
