We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Developer to lead the growth of our Women's Health portfolio in designated regions in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, leveraging your expertise in surgical space Gynae industry experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, distributors, and hospital staff, to ensure seamless sales engagement opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage distributor inventories and ensure replenishment orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings to promote our products and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Sciences.
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales and operations, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong entrepreneurial passion and ability to think creatively, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth.

  • Experience in strategy consulting and implementation.

Salary Range

₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
