The role of a Strategic Business Development Lead at Airbus India Private Limited is to drive business growth and expansion in the region, focusing on the military aircraft and space systems sectors.

This position involves identifying and analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and policy changes to inform strategic priorities and propose new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with key government and industry stakeholders, as well as demonstrated leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Collect, analyze, and share market needs, trends, and competitive landscape information in the military aircraft and space systems sectors.
  • Strategic Priorities: Identify and propose new business opportunities aligned with divisional strategy, in collaboration with central/divisional Strategy teams.
  • Partnership Projects: Support partnership projects, including establishing project structures, validating objectives and resources, and liaising with partners and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be autonomous, able to work within a team, and in a multicultural environment, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. This role requires an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, aligning with the Company's values and reputation.
