Job Role: Assistant Manager Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Business Development to join our team at Makoons Play School. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our admissions, and developing strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase admissions
  • Collaborate with business partners and admission counsellors to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market surveys to identify potential partnerships and opportunities
  • Handle admissions and develop strategies to attract new students
  • Lead the marketing executive team and provide daily reports and weekly meetings
  • Suggest strategies for tie-ups and partnerships

Requirements:

  • MBA (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality

Additional Information:

This is a travelling position requiring 15-20 days of travel per month. Preference will be given to candidates from the education industry.
