Strategic Business Development Director

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Co-Founder & Head of Business Development to drive our growth and business expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with our goals and vision.
- Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with other companies, brands, and organizations to create new opportunities and revenue streams.
- Revenue Generation: Implement revenue-generating initiatives, such as new business lines, monetization strategies, and sales efforts.
- Market Expansion: Explore and enter new markets or regions to broaden our reach and user base.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a business development team, fostering a culture of motivation, collaboration, and effectiveness.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and identify innovative approaches to drive business growth.
- User Acquisition: Develop and execute plans to acquire new users or clients, aligning with our target audience.
- Metrics and Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of business development efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
Salary: ₹ 30 lakhs - ₹ 40 lakhs per annum (estimated), depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior business development role, with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
- Innovative mindset and a willingness to explore new opportunities and ideas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build partnerships and secure deals.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to measure and optimize business development efforts.
Reporting and Collaboration: The Co-Founder & Head of Business Development will play a pivotal role within ACMOBOOK, reporting directly to the founder. They will closely collaborate with other key stakeholders to drive business growth, revenue generation, and sustainable expansion.
