We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region.

The role will involve:

  • Maintaining market intelligence on the competitive landscape, market trends, and policy changes in the military aircraft and space systems sectors.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and proposing partnerships with key stakeholders in the South Asian market.
  • Engaging with external stakeholders to understand market needs and requirements.
  • Participating in regional strategy formulation process and contributing to the development of strategic plans for the region.
  • Supporting partnership projects including establishing project structures, validating objectives, and liaising with partners and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the defense and aerospace sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to analyze and strategically think through policy frameworks.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 1,200,000 - ₹ 1,800,000 per annum
