About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven individual to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. As a Strategic Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and developers. Your primary goal will be to increase product specification and sales within the quartz surfaces industry.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted initiatives and campaigns">
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to specifiers, architects, and designers throughout the project lifecycle">
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with specifiers, contractors, and other stakeholders">
  • Conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence to identify opportunities for product expansion and growth">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field">
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or specification experience specifically in the quartz surfaces or ceramics industry">
  • Demonstrated experience in working with architects, designers, contractors, and other specifiers to influence product specifications and selections for construction projects">
  • Strong sales and marketing background with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships within the construction or building materials sector">
