Our ideal candidate will lead the proposal team in creating compelling responses to RFPs, leveraging their expertise in Adobe DX solutions and project management tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end responses to RFPs, selecting appropriate methods for creating responses, and ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Salary: ₹2,500,000 per annum (approximate). This estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in Noida.

Job Description:

  • Leverage technical expertise in Adobe DX solutions to create effective responses to RFPs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the proposal process
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather insights into their business strategies and needs
  • Maintain a content repository and ensure proposal materials are up-to-date and relevant
  • Identify and address challenges in the proposal process with a positive outlook

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in a technical presales or similar role
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe DX solutions, familiarity with project management tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to various audiences
