Inside Sales Executive Job Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Bambinos. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting products or services to meet those needs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Guide leads through the sales pipeline, addressing inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Salary Details: Estimated annual salary is ₹5,52,000 per annum, paid on a monthly basis, with an additional ₹3,06,000 as on-the-job training during the first month. This is a comprehensive package that provides a strong foundation for your career growth.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required. No prior sales experience is necessary; we provide thorough training to equip you with the necessary skills for success.
