Sales Performance Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Executive to join our team in India. As an Account Manager, Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the RUCKUS field sales teams and management to develop strategies that drive business growth and position RUCKUS solutions as the preferred choice among customers.
- Energetically interact with field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities, identify leads, and pursue them through to completion.
- Apply business publications to qualify new leads and forward them to the field team or ecosystem for follow-up.
- Utilize RUCKUS internal resources to provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Manage CRM effectively to track business opportunities and use it for account planning and strategy development.
- Develop and implement the RUCKUS Sales Methodology across the region.
- Identify new areas of growth and opportunities that position RUCKUS as a leader in the market.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated by external tools and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Craft and deliver qualified opportunities that meet client requirements.
- Maintain and grow our database using D365 and SFDC.
- Ensure seamless follow-up with clients through regular calls and emails to confirm progress and address any concerns.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role within the technology industry.
