About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and expand our presence in the Indian market.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, crafting sales strategies, and justifying those plans to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Datamatics offerings and value proposition.
  • Utilize industry contacts to generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve maximum performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Understand customer buying cycles and identify key decision-makers.
  • Achieve and regularly meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to overall sales growth strategies and plans.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure.
  • Map business strengths and customer needs.
  • Anticipate potential escalations and keep the sales team informed for timely intervention.
  • Review bid documents, RFPs, and supporting materials.

Requirements

  • Relevant sales experience with a minimum of 10 years selling IT and digital services in India.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Team handling experience is essential.
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams is preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
