High-Performing Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team at Shriram Properties Limited. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. As a sales director, you will be responsible for hitting annual targets, building relationships with customers, and understanding their business needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
