High-Performing Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Betterhalf, India's largest wedding planning and fulfillment company. As a High-Performing Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients and closing sales for our premium wedding services.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. You will also present and promote our high-end wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition. Additionally, you will develop customized proposals and quotations working in close coordination with expert wedding planners based on clients' requirements and budget considerations.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a flair for sales, and the ability to handle clients with confidence. A go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly are essential. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹8 lakhs per annum, considering the location in Bangalore and the level of experience required.
