Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd is a forward-thinking organization seeking an accomplished High-Performance Telesales Professional to drive sales and exceed targets.

 

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Telesales Consultant with 1 to 2 years of experience, who will be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. The ideal candidate should be meticulous in keeping records, able to handle all aspects of making a sale, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by consistently creating an excellent first impression on call.
  • Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities using scripts and presence of mind.
  • Create happy customers to drive loyalty and increase repeat purchase by going the extra mile.
  • Contact prospective clients/ existing customers to inform them about the product using scripts.
  • Accurately record details of communication with customers.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Answer questions about product features in an engaging manner.
  • Respond to customer objections using sales scripts to drive sales.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in the English language; bilingual a plus.
  • Good listening skills, excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Ability to learn and high sense of hunger to achieve and grow.

 

Desired Requirements:

  • Patient, cool-tempered, and able to handle rejections and stress.
  • Punctual, good time-management skills.
  • Carry a positive attitude with a high energy level.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

At least 12th pass certificate.

 

Estimated Salary: ₹450000 - ₹600000 per annum (based on location and performance).
