At Magicbricks, we are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Strategic Telesales Manager to lead our telesales setup with 30+ agents. This role is ideal for a candidate who is proactive, skilled in problem-solving, and has strong program management capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the company hierarchy, utilizing advanced data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights. They will also oversee special projects related to telesales and business growth initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to achieve objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Telesales Operations

  • Implement and optimize telesales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Understand and optimize the telesales processes.
  • Help improve the funnel efficiency to drive better results.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilize advanced data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain and analyze performance data in Google Sheets to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of key metrics.

Problem Solving

  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement within telesales operations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to align objectives, communicate findings, and drive projects forward.

Program Management

  • Oversight of special projects related to telesales and business growth initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to achieve objectives.

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA.
  • Proven experience in leading a telesales setup with 30+ agents, with demonstrated success in driving results.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and data analysis, with a high degree of comfort in working with data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong detail orientation and a commitment to understanding issues thoroughly to deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working across diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Advanced data handling and interpretation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
