At Livspace, we are on a mission to transform the home designing experience for our customers. As a Telesales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers and scheduling high-quality leads for sales.

We are looking for an individual who is customer-focused, adaptable, and possesses excellent communication skills. With 2-5 years of relevant experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or similar roles, you will be familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a knack for multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time effectively.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Schedule high-quality leads for sales through outgoing calls to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary
  • Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in a call centre dealing with Indian consumers
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken English with proper grammar & fluency

Language proficiency: English - Kannada, Gujarati, Telugu, Hindi, English
