Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AND PROVIDE THEM WITH TAILORED SOLUTIONS TO MEET THEIR NEEDS
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
  • 2-5 yrs of relevant experience in telesales, inside sales or similar
  • Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices
  • CUSTOMER-FOCUSED AND ADAPTABLE TO DIFFERENT PERSONALITY TYPES
  • HAVE THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK, SET PRIORITIES AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY
  • Proficient in spoken English, Tamil or Malayalam with proper grammar & fluency
