Senior Business Development Representative Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Representative Lead to join our team at Open Financials. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team of business development representatives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess the potential of leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying processes to ensure they are a good fit for our products or services.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing them with relevant information, resources, and support to move them through the sales funnel.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring all interactions and progress are recorded accurately.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of business development representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, and team leadership.
- Skills: Proven track record of success in lead generation, relationship building, and pipeline management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
