Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at RadomeTech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics, informing sales strategies and approaches.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking to identify and qualify potential customers, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up emails, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Customer Interaction: Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers, providing excellent product information, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments as needed.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data within our CRM system, updating documents and sales records in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, reviewing sales performance against targets and making recommendations for growth.
- Networking: Attend industry events, workshops, and exhibitions, building relationships with potential clients and staying informed about market developments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in advertising sales and business administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and methodologies.
- Research and analytical abilities to gather market insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
