We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our customer support team as a Customer Support Executive.
About the JobAs a key member of our Cx team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through calls, emails, and chats to provide guidance on our design services and products. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer experience by resolving queries, addressing complaints, and providing support throughout their home design journey.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. This role demands excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in handling diverse situations.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum graduation degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles. Familiarity with home interior design and products is an added advantage. Knowledge of social media platforms, e-commerce experience, and proficiency in CRM tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk would be beneficial.
Job Requirements- Minimum Education: Graduation or similar
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant customer-facing experience
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Familiarity with home interior design and products (optional)
