About This Role

You will undertake key projects aimed at driving business growth under the direct guidance of the leadership team. As a Management Trainee, you will gain exposure to building new growth avenues and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in management.

  • Pursue key outcomes, process, and operating model on business-critical projects from scratch
  • Establish product-market fit (PMF) and business viability of new growth avenues - channels, products, etc.
  • Create playbooks, processes, and systems from 0-1 initiatives to enable scaling up of business initiatives
  • Track business metrics, unit economics, and other metrics to ensure financial feasibility
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, market visits, product requirements documents
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance company processes
  • Analyze and report on business performance metrics
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop management skills

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on first principles and blue ocean thinking
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving with ability to collaborate and succeed with people on ground
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in growth strategy, Go-To-Market, and new market expansion projects in consulting and core companies
  • Exposure to consumer and retail-oriented industries; real estate and home care and home interiors is an added advantage

Salary Estimate: ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum (based on location and experience)
