Business Development Manager

Livspace is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners in the designated zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners through regular visits and communication.
- Ensuring a continuous flow of customer database and leads through channel partners.
- Maintaining high-quality leads by ensuring channel partners provide Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits for each Customer Lead shared.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction and resolving any issues.
- Fostering engagement among channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company.
Requirements:
- Graduation or similar qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience working with real estate channel partners.
- Strong knowledge of real estate brokers and their business operations.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to connect with channel partners and end customers.
- Valid two-wheeler license.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or regional language.
- Highly motivated individual with target-driven approach.
- Flexibility with work timings and schedule.
Salary: ₹ 15 lakhs per annum (estimated)
