Channel Partner Business Development Manager

Livspace is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners in the designated zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners through regular visits and communication.
  • Ensuring a continuous flow of customer database and leads through channel partners.
  • Maintaining high-quality leads by ensuring channel partners provide Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits for each Customer Lead shared.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction and resolving any issues.
  • Fostering engagement among channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or similar qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with real estate channel partners.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate brokers and their business operations.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to connect with channel partners and end customers.
  • Valid two-wheeler license.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi or regional language.
  • Highly motivated individual with target-driven approach.
  • Flexibility with work timings and schedule.

Salary: ₹ 15 lakhs per annum (estimated)
