Job Description

The role of Visionary Design Director at Livspace involves leading design and image editing teams, evaluating, managing, developing, and mentoring in-house and freelance creative resources under leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing the visual direction for all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Livspace's brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Elevating and maintaining Livspace's visual identity across all digital and offline platforms.
  • Guiding, mentoring, and motivating team members to push the envelope and create impactful ideas.
  • Managing multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 8-10 years of experience in designing agile brands.
  • 4-5 years of broad creative leadership experience, including managing teams and complex design projects.
  • An excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and digital design.
  • A strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.

Estimated Salary: ₹60 Lakhs - ₹80 Lakhs per annum
