Furbishy Interiors is now seeking a visionary Design Director to lead our design team and shape the creative vision of the company as we expand our presence globally.

**Job Overview**

The Design Director will oversee all design projects, ensuring alignment with our vision, and drive innovation across our portfolio. This role requires a bird's-eye view across the company's operations to deliver world-class designs and exceptional client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversight of technical interior architectural drawings for high-end residential projects, ensuring precision and scrutinizing intricate details.
  • Stay at the forefront of global design trends, seeking exposure through events, and incorporating them into our design ethos and strategy.
  • Ensure design output reflects authenticity while maintaining functionality and luxury.

**Team Management**

Lead and inspire a design team of approximately 10-15 members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, encouraging growth and upskilling.

**Project Delivery**

Oversight of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Creating an organized work ethic for the team to perform in high-pressure environments. Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

**Operational Excellence**

Streamline design processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all projects. Develop and implement strategies to optimize project timelines without compromising quality.

**Client Engagement**

Act as the key design liaison for clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life through tailored solutions. Address and resolve any client concerns or feedback during the design process and smooth transition into execution.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including access to a network of global design resources and partners. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards and location.
