MNR Solutions is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented Design Director to lead our UX/UI design efforts in the fintech domain.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Design Director with 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on design objectives and deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
  • Analyze user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the user experience and interface design.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the design team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects in omni-commerce, e-commerce, or fintech domains.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
