About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Growth and Strategy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Telesales Operations

The ideal candidate will implement and optimize telesales strategies to ensure alignment with overall business goals. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders to improve funnel efficiency and drive better results.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

The successful candidate will utilize advanced data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights. They will maintain and analyze performance data in Google Sheets to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of key metrics.

3. Problem Solving

The Growth and Strategy Manager will apply strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement within telesales operations.

4. Stakeholder Management

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to align objectives, communicate findings, and drive projects forward. They will build and maintain strong relationships with relevant teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of initiatives.

5. Program Management

The successful candidate will oversee special projects related to telesales and business growth initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in leading a telesales setup with 30+ agents, demonstrated success in driving results, and proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹80,000 - ₹120,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
