Role Overview:

Agratas is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to support the CEO’s office in strategic decision-making and project management. This role requires flexibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market benchmarking against competitors within the battery & energy storage sector.
  • Analyse market intelligence and forecast volume for target global regions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop robust reporting processes for customer, brand, and market data.
  • Evaluate scenarios to positively impact the business plan.
  • Support the customer, sourcing, industrialisation, and technology teams with data analysis.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or accounting from a top-tier college. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
