As a Telesales Executive at Astra Source, you will play a vital role in promoting our Govt Initiative program to potential businesses in Australia. Your primary responsibility will be to place phone calls to set appointments, answer client questions about our products/services, and generate sales leads/appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place phone calls to potential businesses in Australia to set appointments.
- Answer client questions about our products/services.
- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads/appointments per day.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules and areas.
- Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment. Maintain all records online.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to set confirmed appointments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Call Center.
- Neutral accent.
- No MTI.
- Willingness to work in Australian shifts.
- WFH candidates should have good high-speed broadband, computer, and headset.
Job Type: Full-time
