Job Title: Regional Business Development Specialist

Job Summary: HVR Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with strategic partners in the region for the sale of Solar PV Modules and associated products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert prospective leads into long-term clients.
  • Market Analysis: Scout new markets and identify new business opportunities, proposing and executing market entry modes.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide timely market intelligence (projects, trends, competitors activities, prices) to support headquarters and regional Sales team.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Take on ad-hoc projects as instructed by the Headquarters.
  • Travel: Travel frequently to visit clients and attend exhibitions and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, MBA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in B2B industry in BD or other commercial function with focus on a designated region, with at least 2 years of work experience in PV Sector.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mind-set, ability to convert facts into insights. Strong business acumen. Ability to work autonomously and multi-task. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, Savvy PowerPoint user. Persuasive communicator. Fluency both in oral and written Hindi & English.

Working Location: Delhi / NCR

Salary:

  • Anywhere between INR Rs 50,000/- to 60,000/-
