">We are a leading provider of solar energy solutions, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the solar EPC domain, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business deals.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar EPC domain
">- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
">- Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business deals
">- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
">- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
">Requirements:
">- 7-9 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
">- Proven track record of success in selling solar or renewable energy solutions
">- Strong understanding of solar technology, industry trends, and market dynamics
">- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
">- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
">Salary and Benefits:
