Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, presenting products or services to clients, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential clients and generating leads through effective business development strategies
  • Presenting our products or services to clients and negotiating sales agreements
  • Closing sales deals and meeting sales targets
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
  • Preparing sales reports and providing insights to improve our sales strategy
Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Executive, you will need:

  • Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
  • A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
