Business Development Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Vizmo. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding business within existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients, maximizing account value.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand business within existing accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic discussions with clients to understand their evolving needs and introduce relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for account growth.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary package of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
