Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Dr Chiranjiv Chhabra Skin And Wellness Centre PRI. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing and implementing business development strategies, and building strong relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development or strategy, preferably within the B2B services industry. A strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management is essential, as well as excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights are also crucial.
In this role, you will work closely with our senior leadership team to refine service offerings and market positioning. You will conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes, and develop pricing strategies that are competitive and align with client expectations.
You will also lead sales presentations, facilitate negotiations with potential and existing clients, and report on business development metrics to senior leadership. If you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, we want to hear from you
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
