Sales Business Development Manager

Soliton Technologies is a high-technology software company headquartered in Bangalore, India.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and selling Soliton's services to potential customers in the Hi-Tech Engineering space.
Responsibilities:- Meet targets and deliver feedback to the organization to improve alignment with existing accounts or penetrate new accounts.
- Find and close opportunities while building relationships of trust at multiple levels within a customer account.
- Develop a clear understanding of a client's business needs and assist them in understanding the business impact of implementing Soliton solutions.
- Prioritize, develop, and execute an account and site-based plan to achieve an annual quota and deliver double digit portfolio growth.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for both internal and external interactions.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience.
- Experience in developing and executing successful account plan strategies that have converted into business wins.
- Track record of formulating and executing creative strategies to win complex opportunities.
- Hybrid work model with flexibility to work from office (Bangalore/Coimbatore) in case of business requirements.
- Travel opportunities including international travel to US, Europe & Asia Pacific.
- A competitive salary range of ₹20 - 30 lakhs per annum.
