Sales Business Development Manager

At Shenzyn, we're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff augmentation, new client hunting, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy, expanding our client base, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Hunting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive hunting strategies to expand our client base. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to create and implement effective sales strategies. Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market conditions to identify potential clients and assess competition. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, specifically in staff augmentation or recruitment consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully hunting new clients and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
