Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agents
  • Negotiate prices with MICE organizers to increase business volume
  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow the market share of TTC, TTK, OBT, and other hotels in The Tamara portfolio
  • Ensure seamless communication between the company and its clients to maintain quality service standards
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of the local market and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
