Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at the Elliot Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our business presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed annual booking quotas;
- Generate and communicate effective sales strategies across the company to win projects;
- Collaborate with the sales team to review opportunity lists and ensure alignment with company objectives;
- Manage risks effectively and ensure compliance with sales processes;
- Maintain high-level contact with key customer accounts to promote the Elliot Group, our products, and services;
- Review market changes and dynamics to identify suitable opportunities aligning with the company's future strategy;
- Communicate opportunities and bookings effectively using corporate tools such as Siebel CRM;
- Provide reports and status updates to senior executives as required;
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industry;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
- A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum;
