Role OverviewThis position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs to achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Planning
Analyze market trends, client information, and competition to develop effective sales plans and strategies.
Smart Selling and New InitiativesCreate baskets of opportunities with implementable plans, identify new business prospects, and suggest ideas to increase incremental sales.
Client ServicingDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients, share industry insights, and address their business concerns to become their preferred media partner.
Sales ReviewProvide regular sales updates, participate in reviews, and suggest necessary course corrections to achieve sales targets.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with media, advertising, and client-agency businesses
The estimated salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
