Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Arvind SmartSpaces. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners (real estate brokers, agents, consultants, etc.). Establish clear expectations, set performance targets, and provide continuous support to channel partners.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential and commercial properties through channel partners. Design and roll out incentive programs, promotions, and marketing support to channel partners to boost sales.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns. Provide market insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on customer and partner input.
- Regularly track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance of channel partners. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Review and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve channel partner performance.
- Negotiate pricing, commission structures, and contract terms with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and quality standards.
- Work with the legal and finance teams to draft and review partner agreements.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
