We are seeking a skilled IT Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Intopz Technologies in Bengaluru. This is a full-time on-site role that requires day-to-day tasks related to sales, business development, and client management within the IT staffing industry.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT staffing sales, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships is crucial for success in this role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential for achieving goals and objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite will be beneficial for performing daily tasks efficiently.
